Product Overview
- It is salt made from 100% seawater around Sakito Island in Nagasaki Prefecture facing the Goto Sea in Kyushu.
- This mineral-rich salt is made by slowly boiling the seawater around Sakitoshima, Nagasaki Prefecture, facing the Goto Sea in Kyushu, in a unique flat pot. Since it is in the form of flaky crystals, it dissolves easily and the taste is easy to get used to, so it is convenient for everyday use such as pickles, stir-fries, dressings, and stewed dishes. It contains trace amounts of various sea minerals, making it a mellow salt with no sharp edges.
