How to Eat
[How to thaw] Thaw in a refrigerator. If your are in a hurry, take the inner bag out of the outer bag and thaw it under cold running water with the inner bag. [How to eat] (1) Cook 2 cups of rice a little hard, with which sushi-vinegar (40 ml) or blended vinegar (3 tablespoons of vinegar, a teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar) is mixed for making sushi rice. (ii) Mix the thawed ingredients for Gomoku-zushi with the sushi rice and enjoy. (Use the podded peas as garnishing.) It is more excellent to top the sushi with your favorite ingredients (shredded thin omelet, shredded laver, broiled conger eel and shrimps for sushi, etc.). Also use for Inari-zushi (sushi stuffed in a bag of Aburage).
