How to Eat
[Thaw in a microwave/Heat in a toaster oven] i) Have the sauce ready by thawing at room temperature. ii) Place the frozen ebi-ten (prawn tempura) on a plate leaving some room between each other, and microwave for 50 to 60 seconds (500 W/600 W) without using plastic wrap. iii) Place the Ebi-Ten on an baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, and toast for 3 to 4 minutes carefully until crispy. iv) Put warm rice for one serving in a bowl, and pour one third of the sauce over the rice. Then put the ebi-ten on the rice and enjoy after poring the rest of the sauce over the ebi-ten.
