【Pan fry】1) Spread a tablespoon of oil over a preheated frying pan. Place frozen soup dumplings.

※If using a non-stick pan (teflon coated), oil is not necessary.

2) Add water (80-120mL) enough to submerge the lower part of the dumpling, cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3) Slightly reduce the heat just before water evaporates, add a generous amount of oil (approximately 2 teaspoons) and distribute evenly around the pan. Cook 2 more minutes until the bottom of dumplings turn golden brown. Put green onion, sesame, or any toppings of your choice and serve.

【Steaming】Besure to put a cooking sheet in a preheated steamer, place frozen soup dumplings, cook for 8 to 10 minutes over high heat.
