How to Eat
1.Take out the required amount of wakame seaweed and wash it several times while running water in a large bowl.
2.Fill a bowl with water and soak it in water for about 5 minutes until the leaves are fully spread. * Please note that the wakame seaweed will not spread if there is little water.
3. Put the salted wakame seaweed in a colander, drain it, cut it to the size you like, and serve it with soy sauce, vinegar miso, mayonnaise, etc. It can also be used for miso soup and vinegared foods.
