1) Preheat a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and place frozen dumplings. ※If using a non-stick pan (teflon coated), oil is not necessary.

2) Add water (about 130mL) enough to submerge the lower part of the dumpling, cover and steam cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3) Slightly reduce the heat just before water evaporates, add 1 teaspoon of oil and distribute evenly around the pan. Cook 2 more minutes until the bottom of dumplings turns golden brown.
