[What else to prepare] 200g silken tofu, vegetables of your choice (green onions, chives, mushrooms, etc.)

[How to defrost] Defrost in the bag under running water. Place the thawed tofu in a small pan (about 18cm in diameter) and add 200 ml of water. Scoop out about 200g of silken tofu with a large spoon and add it to the pot. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the pre-cut vegetables and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes.
