How to Eat

[When heating in a microwave] When you use the age-nasu for ma po tofu and others, place the frozen one on a plate without using plastic wrap, microwave it (about 2 ½ minutes at 500 W or about 2 minutes at 600 W for 100 g) and then cook it together with the sauce heated in advance. [When deep-frying] Deep-fry the frozen age-nasu at around 170℃ for about 2 minutes and enjoy it dressed with soy sauce with grated ginger or sesame sauce, etc. [When simmering] When you eat the age-nasu by simmering, add the frozen one to boiled and seasoned broth and simmer it gently for 4 to 5 minutes.
